Requests for technical support should be e-mailed to helicon@rm.com. Please state in your e-mail:

where the CD-ROM was purchased
what platform you are running the software on
which network and operating system you are running the software on
any error messages received
if you are an RM customer, which institution you are from, your postcode, and your customer ID.
